Pizza Brand Uno Foods Acquired by Rich’s

Rich Products Corp. has acquired Great Kitchens Food Company, owner of the Uno Foods pizza brand, from Brynwood Partners. The deal includes manufacturing plants in Illinois and Massachusetts and a workforce of about 1,000. Financial terms were not disclosed.
